We have very broad and flexible investment parameters and seek opportunities which include: Private Direct Investments; Value Investments; Credit Investments; Merger Arbitrage Investments; and Real Estate Investments. Each investment is evaluated independently on a fundamental basis.

Noonday invests globally, focusing on developed and emerging markets alike. We make investments in public and private debt and equity securities, direct investments in private companies and real estate.

We attempt to manage risk through rigorous research, including consultation with industry, legal and regulatory advisors. We seek to build strong relationships with the management of the companies in which we invest.
