Paul Caldwell

Mr. Caldwell, joined us in 2007 and is Member Executor of the Representative Member
of Noonday Asset Management Japan, LLC. Prior to joining, Paul served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs' European Special Situations Group (ESSG). Before joining ESSG, Paul worked for Goldman Sachs' Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds in Tokyo.

Mr. Caldwell graduated from Princeton University with a BA in public policy.
