Andrew Spokes

Mr. Spokes joined Farallon^® in 1997 and is one of the founders and the chief investment officer of Noonday. Mr. Spokes is a partner of Noonday Asset Management, L.P. with responsibilities including portfolio management, risk management and strategy.

Mr. Spokes is also a senior investment principal at Farallon^®. Before joining Farallon^®, Mr. Spokes worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs for ten years, most of which time he spent in Europe and Asia. At the time of his departure from Goldman Sachs, Mr. Spokes was an Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Goldman Sachs (Asia).

Mr. Spokes graduated with a B.A./M.A. in Chemistry from Oxford University.
